Welcome gift and drinks upon arrival. We were welcomed by the staff by guitar singing and dancing of an old folk song and were given each a seashell necklace then we were lead to the bar for the free cold coconut drinks… I feel like were in a Luau in Hawaii …

After the refreshing cold drink at the bar we were issued our keys and were escorted by our Service Family to our own cottage. Woot.. The resort property was quite big, there were even mini streets, it took a while of walking until we got to our own cottage….

We got this mini cottage with 1 double + 2single bunk beds + fan + private bathroom. There was no TV. No hair dryers. But still I loved it. Just plain and simple a least once with a touch of native.

Not tired we left our bags in our room and went out to explore the resort. First stop was The Wogging Trail.

Coco banana bar / restaurant
Situated up on the hill near the silent pool. Open only up to 5pm.

Every 3-4pm Happy Hour takes place you can take advantage of the buy 1 take 1 cocktails. The catch? It has to be the same person to drink the same cocktail other wise you have to pay twice. We opted for the margarita and piña-colada P155 each.

We took a dip at the Silent Pool,. There are less people here, bawal talaga mag ingay as what it is called, so most likely this is where other pipz go when they want to be left alone like some old lovers at the corner… meow… They also have this jaccuzzi tub, which was so relaxing after a long day of travel and that trekking activity.. whew.

Day 2: Island Adventure
At the Carabao Restaurant, their main resto/bar . We took advantage of the Free Breakfast Buffet, hmmm… an-daming talagang food,. From continental dishes to full meals complete with fruites and varieties if drinks you can choose from. Dito talaga kami nagtagal di nman halatang nagutom kami noh…

Boat service to White Beach – with surcharge 700 per way. Good thing we met three other girls from the resort who also wanted to go for night life at the Puerto Galera Strip aka White Beach. + 200 per way trike ride

There were lots of tiyangge’s on the beach area. This is where we shopped around for kikay our pasalubong’s. Later then we ate our lunch barbecue on the beach… yumyum.. and but of course hindi pwedeng walang henna tattoo.. Here we are showing off our newly painted tattoos…

large_coco_beach..ighswim.jpg

It was night time when our henna dried up, then we decided to swim since the beach at Coco was not swimable, we took this opportunity to finally be salted by the beach.

Nightlife. Walang pakialamanan alam naming maaga pa pero. Ilabas niyo na yang bucket ng red horse… at ang pulutan… =]
